We have been working with social media data for over eight years and started (and now successfully continuing) with Semantrum - an AI platform for media monitoring and reputational analysis.

We always try to go beyond industry standards and provide innovation opportunities to our customers. We first on the market started to work with interactive visualization tools, make deeper text analysis, and add new metrics.

This year we decided to try something new - and launched BrandVox. This solution concentrated all our experience on text analysis for social media posts.
